Traditional Chinese Medicine is rooted in the philosophy that nature and its' environmental elements are reflected in the body. The ideal state of the body is when all of these elements are in harmony, or free of disease and discomfort. In my practice, I aim to restore the body's natural balanced state and teach my patients preventative healthcare. To achieve this, I break up treatment into phases. The first is symptomatic care—relieving any symptomatic discomfort, the second is corrective care—or figuring out the root of the problem; why did the symptom or condition occur in the first place? The third and last phase of treatment is preventative care. During this phase, patients come in seasonally or once a month based on their individual needs and personal preference.
Chinese Medicine is a natural, drug-free alternative used to resolve many problematic conditions. It can also be a wonderful compliment to your western medical treatment. I invite you to experience the effectiveness of Chinese Medicine for yourself. I promise to help you learn to take care of yourself holistically--in body, mind, and spirit---and unlock your true health potential.
